Payment Policy:
All payments for camps, clubs, open play, rentals, competitions, birthday parties, bulk Lego, etc. are final unless otherwise noted below. No refunds or exchanges.

Illness/Emergency:
All documented illness or emergency cancelation will be reviewed on an individual basis and credit given for another time, event, etc. within 30 days of the cancelation.

Behavior:
Any time a child has unruly, dangerous, or troubled behavior and it can not be resolved by meeting with guardian or parents and actions taken, the child will be dismissed from Minifig Adventures, LLC without refund or rescheduling allowed.

• Minifig Adventures, LLC is not a child drop off location other than summer camps and lego clubs. A parent or guardian must stay onsite during open play. Minifig Adventures, LLC is not a licensed day care facility. We have a highly trained, educated, and background checked team to serve your family!
• Children under the age of 4 are welcome but play at their own risk. Some LEGO sets contain small parts that are NOT suitable for and may pose a hazard to children under 4 years of age. LEGO® DUPLO® sets have larger pieces which are specially designed for children under 4.

Right to Refuse:
Minifig Adventures, LLC has the right to refuse business to any individual, change schedules, or make adjustments at anytime and for any reason. Minifig Adventures, LLC is a privately owned company.

Lego Club Cancelations:
Any Lego Club Cancelations require a 30 day written notice by email to info@minifigadventures.com. It must include child’s name, reason for cancelation, and last day of club.

Agree to Terms:
I understand by signing up at Minifig Adventures, LLC for any event that I am agreeing to all policies and procedures, cancellations, refund policies, and behavior procedures. I hold Minifig Adventures, LLC, Brandywine Corporation, and all Management, Owners, Key Partners, and Staff harmless while my child is on site. I understand Minifig Adventures, LLC is not a day care and is not a licensed day care facility.
